Daniela Demaria is a strategic and mission-driven executive with over two decades of diverse C-Suite experience in the U.S. and abroad. As Founder and Principal of VaiNow Group, she leads a consultancy focused on driving strategy, innovation, and execution for social impact initiatives. Her firm partners with organizations to develop and implement transformative solutions that align business objectives with meaningful community impact.

Drawing from her executive experience at Flagstar Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and SunTrust Bank (now Truist), where she led major transformation initiatives and managed portfolios exceeding $10 billion, Daniela brings Fortune 500 strategic discipline to purpose-driven organizations. She is recognized for her authentic, results-oriented leadership style and ability to solve complex cross-functional problems with innovative approaches.

A sought-after speaker, Daniela regularly addresses audiences on strategic planning, strategies for social impact, design thinking and innovation for social impact, and women leadership. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Latino Community Fund GA and holds a board position with the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce. Her previous board service includes roles with Cool Girls Atlanta, GA Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Dress for Success.

Daniela holds an MBA from Georgia State University, a B.S. in Chemistry from Universidad del Salvador in Argentina, and executive certifications from Babson College and Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is conversant in French and Portuguese. A certified hot power yoga instructor and avid traveler, she resides in Atlanta with her two sons.
