Hi, I’m Daniela Demaria, Founder and CEO of VaiNow Group. My path has been a blend of worlds—I spent over two decades leading major strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 boardrooms, while also helping nonprofits reimagine their future. That mix gave me something rare: I know how the best strategies work at the highest level, and I know how to make them practical for real teams, real leaders, and real-life decisions.
